The following is the working methodology of an Engineer who works within the organisation to provide you with the best estimation services. Dates are assumed to provide you the quick working procedures.

Step 1

RECEIVING AND REVIEWING SOW/DRAWINGS

Our project manager receives awarded projects and reviews if for clearing the

scope of work.

Step 2

ANALYZING & DISTRIBUTING THE PROJECTS

Our project manager then analyses and distributes the project to the relevant engineers. We have expert engineers for all trades separately.

Step 3

WORKING ON THE PROJECT

Our engineers take guidance from the project manager about the scope, start working on the project using the latest software and following relevant codes.

Step 4

COMPLETION & SUBMISSION

Our engineers complete their task as per the PM’s guidance and submit it to the quality control department.

Step 5

QC & FINAL SUBMISSION

The QC department thoroughly analyses the project and ensures that it is according to the required standards and the given SOW.

Step 6

SUBMISSION

The project manager performs a final check and sends it to the clients.
