Step 1

RECEIVING AND REVIEWING DRAWINGS

Our project manager receives awarded projects and reviews if for clearing the

scope of work.

Step 2

DISTRIBUTING THE PROJECTS

Our project manager then distributes the project to the relevant estimators. We have different expert estimators for all scopes.

Step 3

UPLOADING THE PROJECT

Our estimators take guidance from the project manager about scope, read the drawings and upload them on software.

Step 4

COMPLETING TAKEOFFS

Our estimators complete the takeoffs and send them to the quality control department.

Step 5

HECKING AND FINALIZING PROJECT

Quality control directs the estimators to correct the mistakes if any and prepare them for final submissions.

Step 6

SUBMISSION

The project manager performs a final check and sends it to the clients.
